Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Amanda was welcoming, explained what would be done and offered me a ride if I needed one. I received frequent updates on the progress of the repair. All unexpected repairs were quickly communicated. When there was a delay in the expected delivery time I was called and had a technician explain the delay with much apologies. I received my car in pristine condition. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this repair shop

Outstanding service and communication from scheduling to final pick up. We realized we had a problem on a Friday evening. We were able to schedule an appointment online easily. On the day of drop-off, I was told what to expect. Gladney did not disappoint. As promised, I received a text explaining what was wrong and an estimate for the repair. Upon my approval, the car was repaired and returned to me on the same day. I will use Gladney in the future.

Gladneys was amazing. My car was finished prompt and early the next day after dropping it off the night before with their convenient 24/7 car drop off. Cost me about half of what the dealership was trying to charge me. Will be coming back when in need!! Thank you!!

Easy to get to, just off HWY 6 and 2818. VERY GOOD mechanics. There is only one other mechanic I trust as much in College Station and I am not giving out his name or number ;-) I work on my own cars frequently because I enjoy it. That means that I know the mechanical state of my cars and usually have a pretty good idea what is wrong with them before I take them to Gladney. Point being, I would know if they were telling me something that did not add up. You really can trust them. Mostly I take my cars for repair if I am short on time or it is something that I know is going to be such a pain that I just don't want to do it. They take the time to listen to you so that they understand what you need and what the problem with your vehicle is. They are very professional and will not pressure you to get a repair you do not want or need. They have gone above and beyond on the last two repairs and I am planning to drop off another vehicle with them Monday morning. If you want it fixed right at a reasonable price then this is your repair shop. Also, they are right next to the new NAPA auto parts store, so they got that going for them too.
