Amanda has been an automotive service advisor for 8 years with an extensive background as an automotive service writer, as well as, a collision estimator.
Amanda has been a great addition to the Gladney Automotive Service’s team. She is an industry professional that strongly believes in providing her customers with excellent customer service. She is an ASE certified service professional with an extensive background of Toyota/ Scion manufactured vehicles and holds dealer recognized certifications. She continues her training through World Pac webinars and other online resources to stay current with the continual industry changes. Her passion for customer service, professionalism and attention to detail make every customer feel valued, respected and leave with the feeling that they had a positive experience at Gladney Automotive Solutions. In addition to her passion for being a service advisor, Amanda also has a love for all animal life and truly believes in donation support to local animal shelters. She loves reading in her pastime and traveling with her husband.

Chris Lira
Locksmith Department Head
Chris has been in and around the locksmith industry for over a decade, though his primary focus for most of his career has been rooted in automotive applications, being both vocation and passion for him.
He cut his teeth (and a ton of keys) in the Central Florida area working with many insurance companies, corporate customers, and the general public before eventually coming in off the road and taking a position with a Las Vegas company to develop locksmith tools and to educate members of the locksmith industry in various topics and tools.

Most notably the article explaining FCA's SGM, in addition article aftermarket alarms, the article at Lock Tech's SmartKey decoder, and did a writeup on the expansion of Lishi tools into the residential/commercial space.
In early 2022, the opportunity to work for Gladney Automotive Solutions presented itself and he jumped at the chance to get back into the field and to further his knowledge and experience within both the general automotive repair industry and as an automotive locksmith."
