The current position and salary offered is for an entry level position. Although workshop experience is required, it’s geared towards young adults that have either worked in similar position through trade school / college or young technicians that have been in the trade and feel stuck or discouraged.

Gladney's workshop consist of manufacturer specific Master Certified and award-winning technicians, technicians with college degrees including Automotive Associates and Automotive Bachelor’s degrees, Electrical Engineers, as well as highly valued and talented hands-on experienced technicians ,young technicians starting their careers and shop parts manager.
Initially this position includes duties for common automotive services such as wheel alignments, tire services, brake services, oil changes, other routine maintenance, and state inspections.
Here at Gladney Automotive Solutions, you have the opportunity to learn all the services we provide.
Such as vehicle component testing and replacement, powertrain repairs, air conditioning repair and service with multiple refrigerant applications ( R134A & R1234YF), ADAS diagnostics and calibrations with OE equipment, Programing with OE equipment, automotive locksmith services including key/remote duplication and origination, module EEPROM repair and data modification, modern avenues of diagnostics using the Pico scope for circuit testing , pressure wave form analysis and NVH, wire harness and connector services and the value of having and following a repeatable process.
Company paid 100hr annual training is a requirement. We have monthly in house training, on-line training, encouraged and 100% company paid off-site and out of state training (such as Vision KC, SPX Expo, Just CARS, Super Saturday).
Our benefit package is modified for the current applicants needs and wants.
In addition to the W2 salary we offer the following; min 3% annual raise, both Private and HMO options for healthcare (including dental and vision) with no wait period, life insurance, tuition reimbursement options, relocation and housing assistance options and sign on bonuses based on experience and education.
Paid certifications for ASE , ICAR, NASTF VSP, AMI.
Also, for non-local applicants Texas does not have a State income Tax.
