I would give 10 stars if I could. I lost the only key to my 2009 Smart Car. For weeks I called every locksmith and dealership from Houston to Austin and no one would/could help me. It was beginning to look like I now owned a giant paperweight. Then Gladney entered the chat. I called them as a hail mary from Chat GPT and within two days they had me back on the road. The customer service was top notch from the quote with Amanda to the actual keying with Chris. They are the best group of people that I never want to see again. If you're in need of locksmith services do yourself a favor and call Gladney FIRST. You won't regret it.

I tried to save money and do a job myself. Gladney not only tried to fix my mistake but continued to help me until my vehicle was fixed and running again. Through dealing with 3rd party vendors, warranty claims, and my job taking me all over the world making communication tough, Gladney had the patience, knowledge, and care to get me back on the road.

it is a blessing to find an auto repair shop that is trustworthy! these guys are reliable, trustworthy, professional and so friendly. they keep you informed of the problems, the remedies and give you the option of which repairs you want to approve.
