My check engine light in my older car has been on for 7 years. I have taken it to multiple places and this was the ONLY auto repair shop in all those years to successfully get it to turn off and stay off. Their communication is also excellent...they document everything and make it very clear on what they're doing and are easily available if you have any questions.

I was very excited to find Gladney to service my European car. The staff goes over and above with each visit. The service manager keeps me updated each step of the way with pictures and videos, timelines, and estimates. My questions are answered at a level which allows me to understand what is going on. This is important to me since I am not in the automotive service industry! Once I had problems with my convertible top being stuck to the point I couldn’t open the trunk. I got a phone call asking if I wanted them to throw out all of the perishables! That level of consideration matters to me. I will continue trust the Gladney team with my vehicle service needs, whether scheduled or unplanned!

On my 2015 Lexus LS460 I had them replace the left and right upper and lower control arms, then it was re-aligned. Both front disc brakes were replaced also. This car can be technologically challenging but all tasks were completed in a professional manner with no issues noted. Now it drives like a dream.
