I recently had issues with my vehicle on warranty and took it to the local dealership. After receiving a very high quote for overpriced parts and labor, I had my car moved to Gladney. I worked with Amanda, who was extremely thorough and helpful during this process. After the diagnosis, the team was able to determine the actual issue, which was a very different issue than reported by the dealership, and they found another issue that was missed by the dealership and marked as passed on the dealership's test. This saved me over $1,800. Thankfully, due to Gladney's detailed diagnosis and work, I was not only able to have my initial issue resolved but a completely separate issue handled and covered by warranty. If I could give 10 stars, I would, and I highly recommend working with Gladney. I will not be utilizing any other service team in BCS in the future.

Employee was fast and polite when servicing my vehicle. Even after having an issue with the truck on my end Gladney sent the tec back out no charge to me. 100% recommend using them for any key issues

Visited Gladney 11/4/25 for oil filter tire rotation. Their customer service , knowledge, promptness , cleanliness is superior above all the rest !!!! There techs /mechanics are thorough and knowledgeable and pay attention to detail . oil filter , tire rotation very competitively priced . Comfortable, spacious ,cozy lobby . I noticed they had shuttle service as well . I over heard how the front of the house greeted and conversed with customers. Staff is polite and knowledgeable, no Question unanswered. Hands down , BEST auto shop in the Brazos Vally . ! They have earned a life time customer. I recommend an appointment to streamline your experience. I recommend ALL 4 runner and Tacoma owners to use gladney , you can assure your skid plate and trim will Be secured correctly upon completion of service

Please know two other reputable automotive mechanical/engineering businesses in town could not identify the problem with my Chevy. Ironically, both of the aforementioned shops recommended Gladney Automotive Solutions. I was actually thinking of trading my vehicle in with only 60K miles! Gladney staff were professional, knowledgeable, and tops at communicating with customers. I'll be back as they are my number one repair shop!
