Great experience

After being recommended based on professional and personal attention to the customer, I called Gladney to see if they worked on Volkswagen Beeltes. Yes! They actually have 2 European car specialists on staff. From the beginning, we were educated on their easy stay-in-touch process and what we could expect on the diagnostics. Step by step, the details were sent via text and email with photos and estimates. A time line expectation was also given. They wrapped it up sooner than expected, delivered me a Happy bug, and have also followed up after the service to check on questions and satisfaction. Also, love their convenient location and lovely new facility.

Brought in my 7.3L power stroke that another shop had spent countless hours and dollars on. They never could get it right. Gladney had it fixed up in a day and now it runs like a top. I will be bringing it back to them from now on.

Had to get radiator replaced. Was done quickly and well. Nice people.
