Gladney Automotive is professional, kind and knows what they are doing! The dealership diagnosed something that was 4x the amount of money to fix, yet when we got the second opinion from Gladney we found out that the dealership was wrong and the fix was a completely different issue. They saved us money AND they fixed the real problem with the car! We are so thankful for everyone at Gladney and highly recommend them!

We have used Gladney on several occasions for mobile programming. Every time, they have been great to work with and the service tech is knowledgeable and actually likeable. From module programming to key programming, they are a huge asset to us and will continue to do business with them.

Always impressed by the quality of their work, professionalism of the team, and patience of their excellent manager, Tony, explaining what was wrong with my car. Even when I might have left it on for days and run the gas tank dry. No wonder it would not start, Duh.

Gladney is one fine running engine. My Hyundai had some suspension concerns based on assessments by other mechanics. Gladney looked for those concerns, took notes, took photos, and uploaded everything to a web portal for me to see. They identified a related issue, gave me a firm price, and worked with me on the 3rd party warranty claim. They worked with me on retrieving the car when I needed it. My service writer was Michelle and she was a angel while we worked through the admin issues on the warranty claim. I asked about other services for my other vehicles and when Michelle didn't have the background, she grabbed the owner and they went through it together as a training opportunity. I asked about a 30k service interval for my other car and they explained why their price was less - and that made sense. I talked to the porter/shuttle driver about the how the shop came to be and why they have a solid approach to their business model and their customer service. Their waiting area is very nice, has good WiFi, and a solid coffee area. I'm scheduling the 30k service shortly as Gladney has a new customer!

My daughter’s 2016 Land Rover Discovery was losing coolant, so I contacted Gladney Automotive , given their experience with Land Rover repairs. They quickly diagnosed a number of issues. Our Service Advisor Michelle kept us updated throughout the entire process (diagnosis; ordering of parts& progress of repairs). Michelle also arranged for a rental car for my daughter during the repair process. I highly recommended Gladney to anyone looking for professional, competent auto repairs! The staff at Gladney are excellent!
