Great customer service!

I contacted Gladney as a recommendation from a friend, I was absolutely blown away by their friendliness and customer service. Although the $135 diagnostic seems like a steep price to pay, it's worth it. I only had a few things wrong with my car, but I'd rather pay the extra amount knowing that they will go the extra mile. They offered to even take my car to Discount Tire and have that work finished, but my tire wasn't there. Knowing that they were willing to do that for me was enough. Amanda in particular was extremely nice and helped me understand the problems with my car. She was a great listener while I told her the problems I had found, and made sure everything was looked at, even after I got my car back! Their oil changes are also much less expensive than I anticipated, which made my life easier too. Lastly, I love their communication system. I can look at the progress on my car at any point in time, chat back and forth with a service agent there, and accept or decline work to be done on my car. Honestly, the perfect system. I'll never use a different shop.

I was greeted by a friendly, personable lady. After coming to pick up the car the owner came out to explain any and everything. He was very informative. I will definitely go back.

After the service, the owner came out and explained everything, leaving no questions as to the work performed. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and was very helpful in explaining. The best invoice and itemized list that I have ever seen. I will definitely be back for other services.
