Outstanding service and communication from scheduling to final pick up. We realized we had a problem on a Friday evening. We were able to schedule an appointment online easily. On the day of drop-off, I was told what to expect. Gladney did not disappoint. As promised, I received a text explaining what was wrong and an estimate for the repair. Upon my approval, the car was repaired and returned to me on the same day. I will use Gladney in the future.

Easy to get to, just off HWY 6 and 2818. VERY GOOD mechanics. There is only one other mechanic I trust as much in College Station and I am not giving out his name or number ;-) I work on my own cars frequently because I enjoy it. That means that I know the mechanical state of my cars and usually have a pretty good idea what is wrong with them before I take them to Gladney. Point being, I would know if they were telling me something that did not add up. You really can trust them. Mostly I take my cars for repair if I am short on time or it is something that I know is going to be such a pain that I just don't want to do it. They take the time to listen to you so that they understand what you need and what the problem with your vehicle is. They are very professional and will not pressure you to get a repair you do not want or need. They have gone above and beyond on the last two repairs and I am planning to drop off another vehicle with them Monday morning. If you want it fixed right at a reasonable price then this is your repair shop. Also, they are right next to the new NAPA auto parts store, so they got that going for them too.

Excellent service start to finish. Both the service manager and technician provided detailed information throughout the process. They also stated they would do a detailed diagnostic test for a specific fee but resolved the issue with a less expensive test without us asking for it and reduced our costs significantly. So what was initially quoted as a $600 repair ended up costing less than $300. A very honest and trustworthy repair facility!
