Originally took my new car here for a pre-purchase inspection (Jan 2023) due to their positive reviews and availability. Have since been back for two oil changes, and each time Hannah and everyone else have been incredibly nice. As someone that is used to doing my own maintenance and repairs, I appreciate the transparency and honesty at Gladney Automotive. They are extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and charge very fairly for the quality of service. Invoices are detailed, everything is documented, and they take the time to go over inspections with you. I fully plan on returning here even once I move out of town! Highly recommend.

Josh and Chris provided the best service I have ever received on a mobile request when my son lost his key. They updated me at every step and made it easy to follow the fix and pay on-line. I will send my son and all his friends to Gladney for any automotive needs. Thank you for great service and follow-up.

Gladney Auto did a fantastic job on my MINI. They needed to order parts and gave me a car to use while waiting for the parts to be delivered. They also have a porter service that will drive you home and pick you up when your car is dropped off (if needed). Scott was very nice and helpful regarding my car. The entire operation at Gladney is wonderful. If you own a European car, this is the place to go for repairs. They are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

After 8 years of only having one key fob for my car I finally got a 2nd one. Gladney was quick and affordable. My fob looks exactly like the original.

Brought my newly purchased truck over for a second opinion. I had first brought it to Christian Brothers (closer to home). The truck was constantly overheating, and I was told by CB that I needed a whole new engine for them to work on it and slapped me with a 10k quote. Took it here to Gladney's and they found that it was simply my radiator that was leaking ok the backside. Got that, and a few other things fixed up for a MORE than reasonable price. Unfortunately after bringing my truck back to get my A/C fixed, my water cooler exploded. They worked with me and we found a solution that was more than fair on both sides. Can't reccomend this place enough!! More than fair on pricing, good turn around times, not much else I could ask for!!! My truck sounds so happy when it runs now! Thanks again to everyone working here!!
