What I really like about Gladney is not only their expertise in Subarus, but their extraordinary customer service. They are very empathetic when dealing with a customer, transparent with diagnosis and cost of repairs, they keep you updated while the car is being repaired, and when you reach out they are always responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

Got and extra key for my daughter's 2021 civic. First, Andre was super nice and professional. Second, the dealer wanted 280.00 and a local locksmith wanted 250, Gladney did it for almost half that! Finally, it only took them 38min from walk in to walk out! They also do auto repair and told me their warrants were 3yr 36k miles.
