Gladney is one fine running engine. My Hyundai had some suspension concerns based on assessments by other mechanics. Gladney looked for those concerns, took notes, took photos, and uploaded everything to a web portal for me to see. They identified a related issue, gave me a firm price, and worked with me on the 3rd party warranty claim. They worked with me on retrieving the car when I needed it. My service writer was Michelle and she was a angel while we worked through the admin issues on the warranty claim. I asked about other services for my other vehicles and when Michelle didn't have the background, she grabbed the owner and they went through it together as a training opportunity. I asked about a 30k service interval for my other car and they explained why their price was less - and that made sense. I talked to the porter/shuttle driver about the how the shop came to be and why they have a solid approach to their business model and their customer service. Their waiting area is very nice, has good WiFi, and a solid coffee area. I'm scheduling the 30k service shortly as Gladney has a new customer!
