Dealerships giving you pains and not worth their salt? I can empathize. That's how I found Gladney Automotive. I highly recommend Gladney as a dealership alternative (GM certified too), as I've heard many positive experiences via word-of-mouth and have had my own great experience. As a dealership seemed disinterested in investigating my concerns about my vehicle for the 4th time, I finally had it. I searched elsewhere and was blessed to discover Gladney. Gladney quickly responded to my concerns about my vehicle and explored all avenues to find a solution. Ultimately, Gladney found the best solution. Great experience with the staff and getting what was needed to get our car back in service.

My rating: 4.5 (sorry google only let me do a 4). Recently, I relocated to Bryan and was looking to get some work on my car done. I came to Gladney Automotive Solutions for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job. Other info- a) I recommend to keep an eye on their deals/promotions. As a new customer, I was able to get a discount on my car service, which helped a lot b/c I’m on a budget. b) The waiting area is nice. It has multiple seats and an area where you can charge yr electronics. There are snacks (which is a plus for foodies) and coffee. WiFi available for guests. I wasn’t able to connect, but hopefully it works for me the next time. c) They were pretty busy on the day I came (which resulted) in a longer wait time. You can leave yr vehicle and come back for it. However, if you can’t (like me) I suggest to bring a book, use the Internet while you wait, or come on a slower day. d) They try to provide the best service they can to customers from what I observed. A gentleman was expressing some frustrations/concerns about his vehicle, and the team did a good job at addressing the situation. e) Appointment: In my experience, the appointment will only cover what you came in for. So if the techs identify a different car issue while servicing your car for something else, you may have to come on another day to get that specific service done versus just bundling it into that appt. Side note: I will give an update on future visits.

I use Gladney Automotive anytime I need car repair. The reason I always go back is because they are very professional, well trained and they always fix your car right, the first time, and on time . They are excellent communicators of what needs to be done and keep you in the loop along the way. No matter what kind of vehicle you drive, Gladney can fix it. Tom

Came when i needed, cheaper than dealerships, amazing customer service. Key was a bit wonky. was told it would wear down over time and stop sticking. other than that 5/5

I was referred to Gladney by another automotive shop due to the complexity of the electrical codes during their initial diagnostics. The professionalism exhibited by each and every person involved, from setting the appointment thru picking up my vehicle was amazing. I really like the communication tool they use (text message linked to their app) which details every single step of the diagnostics, including diagrams, pictures, technician notes was so helpful in understanding what was needed to get my car back on the road. They even handled working with AutoZone on a battery warranty and replacement, so I did not have deal with it at all. The total cost was well within reason and my car runs like a charm. Thank you Gladney Automotive… I will definitely use you guys if/when needed in the future and will highly recommend to family and friends!
