Had an unfortunate incident with a speed bump that tore a large splash shield loose under my Prius. Gladney bailed me out with a temporary fix so I could get home, after business hours, and for no charge. Huge thanks to them for their swift response !!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I lost the only key to my 2009 Smart Car. For weeks I called every locksmith and dealership from Houston to Austin and no one would/could help me. It was beginning to look like I now owned a giant paperweight. Then Gladney entered the chat. I called them as a hail mary from Chat GPT and within two days they had me back on the road. The customer service was top notch from the quote with Amanda to the actual keying with Chris. They are the best group of people that I never want to see again. If you're in need of locksmith services do yourself a favor and call Gladney FIRST. You won't regret it.
