Having car issues is always stressful, but even more so when it's your child's car and they're 3 hours away. The professionals at Gladney, particularly my service rep Houston, were very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up paying more that I would've wanted to for what turned out to be a fairly simple electronic issue, but it would have cost us more than three times as much with another shop who didn't have the technology to properly diagnose the problem and wanted us to unnecessarily replace a module that was working just fine.
