I was very impressed on the beautiful and organized the new facility is ! I quickly got waited on and servicing my needs on my truck ! I was not high pressured into repairing my truck .

I was in an auto accident back in April 27th 2022. I had my Ford Raptor taken to Jordan Ford who replaced the frame and most of the front end. When I received it back from Ford in Oct 2022, my truck would pull left hard when in 4x4 high/low/auto. Ford took it back and tried until January 2023 and said they were not able to fix the problem. Thankfully Gladney was able to diagnosis the issue within 8 hours and found a lot of issues that Jordan Ford had done and how to fix them. I dropped my truck off on a Monday and that Friday it was completely fixed. Thank you so much too all the staff here. Especially Kirk, the owner. This man is an automotive genius. I wish this shop was closer to me or I would use them for everything for as long as they remained open. I would give more stars but I am limited to 5.

I was treated very professionally, friendly and thorough at Gladney. I know of many accolades of the owner, Kirk, and know I’m getting a good, fair-priced job done.

I needed to have my car evaluated for mechanical issues following an accident for submission to the insurance company. Tony got me scheduled in, completed the evaluation, and out that afternoon. Great service, nice facility, friendly and helpful staff. As soon as the insurance company completes its adjustment, I'll be taking the car back to Gladney's team to complete the work. Highly recommended.

They were so professional and helpful! What stands out most to me was the communication I got from them. The whole process was communicated clearly and in a timely manner with pictures to help me understand what was wrong with my car. I had a great experience all around!

My son lost his keys to his car and Gladney hooked us up. I initially was going to have the car towed to the dealer and pay much more than what I did to Gladney. Gladney was able to come out to my house and get everything completed the same day. The locksmith (Chris) was very pleasant and the customer service from Joshua was great!!! A++++
