I was able to get help the morning I called. The technician kept me up to speed on the progress. While the OEM part was not working, he provider an alternative to get the car working an option to upgrade to an OEM part in the future. Quick service and reasonable price

Got my vehicle back to quiet working condition. I could complain about the wait, but a thorough complete job is worth a little wait.

Appointment wasn't on the book due to a slight oversight, so we lost about a day's worth of time, which required another weekend without the vehicle. Requested a Mon. appt. the Friday before, got pushed to Wed. morning, notified the following Monday after 5:35pm (they close at 6pm) that vehicle was ready. Other than that, communication was decent, they stood by their estimate, listened to our concerns/information about the problem we were having, and they possess that 'professional friendliness' that is hard to come by these days. I am big on trustworthiness when it comes to auto repairs. Gladney's is a shop you can count on, and I would recommend them to family or close friends.

Gladney did the job right for a very fair price. They would not leave until they were sure that I was taken care of. Gladney is an example of local business done right.

We have used Gladneys several times for our fleet. They always do great work and are fair. The only downside is that I have a fleet of 20. And its hard to have a van or truck out of service. The turn around time is a little slower than other shops. But work is good.
