Used the Gladney team to repair a transmission control module on a 2012 Ford focus. This module is on backorder with thousands in line before me for a part that may never come. Josh communicated very well throughout the process I got a detailed report of what was tested along with multiple screenshots of the repaired module functioning correctly. Went in to get an alignment and after inspecting my other issues were found that would have nullified the alignment. I was was not charged for this inspection and am greatly appreciative of this service.

Everything was just great!

Let me start off by saying that I had gone to 3 other shops before finally getting recommended to Gladney Automotive. The first 2 couldn’t help me and the other had me replace a catalytic converter when that wasn’t even the problem! I don’t blame the guy tho because that’s what code my car was throwing. He was doing his job. Anyway, that didn’t fix the problem. I had it towed to Gladney’s and they told me that I needed a new transmission. $6K. They worked with my extended warranty folks, then they found another issue that would have effected my steering. Instead of just sending it back to me, they told me about the issue and gave me the option to have that fixed as well. I asked for the backup camera to be replaced as well. All covered under the warranty. $7500 worth of work later… my car drives like it’s brand new. They worked with me, kept me updated at every turn and took great care for their work. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else ever again, AMAZING company, AMAZING mechanics. Thank you guys for everything!!
