The text communication for service made everything very convenient. It was complete with photos, explanations, cost, etc. I could approve or decline any of them. It logged my responses and the replies were prompt. The lobby and exterior were very clean and the service friendly yet professional. I had a great experience using Gladney for the first time. They were very organized in diagnosing the problem I had (rattling sound) and solved the problem nicely.
