I have been taking my vehicles to Gladney for the past 2 years and I've yet to be disappointed. Not only do they have great service but they also do a great job working on my vehicles. I don't have to come back or ask any questions since they are spot on with notifying me about anything and everything about my vehicles. I highly recommend them to my friends and family and I will definitely be coming back here for any of my automotive needs.

My daughter's 2016 Land Rover Discovery was losing coolant, which Gladney's quickly diagnosed as well as identifying a number of other critical issues. We were provided with a very accurate estimate & kept informed at all times throughout the repair process. Our Service Advisor Michelle even arranged for a rental vehicle for my daughter's use during the repair process. I highly recommend Gladney Automotive to anyone searching for an ethical, competent & friendly auto repair provider.

My daughter’s 2016 Land Rover Discovery was losing coolant, so I contacted Gladney Automotive , given their experience with Land Rover repairs. They quickly diagnosed a number of issues. Our Service Advisor Michelle kept us updated throughout the entire process (diagnosis; ordering of parts& progress of repairs). Michelle also arranged for a rental car for my daughter during the repair process. I highly recommended Gladney to anyone looking for professional, competent auto repairs! The staff at Gladney are excellent!

I've had some terrible experiences with auto shops in the past so this was a welcomed change. They were incredibly timely, very informative, friendly, and after diagnosing the car faster than they had thought, they only charged for 1 hour of labor as apposed to the 6 hours in the estimate. Great place with nice people. I'll definitely be going here if I ever need a mechanic in the future.

I've had a mystery electrical gremlin in my truck for months. Unfortunately, gladney was not able to track it down on this visit. However, I have to applaud their communication, willingness to work with the customer, and sense of fairness. They followed my suggestion to drive the vehicle in hopes that it would act up on them as it has on me, they let it sit, they used all tools available. When still unable to replicate the issue, they decided to charge me for only one hour of diagnostics despite having the truck for a week and checking/using it routinely. I deeply appreciate this honesty and customer care. I still be a returning customer for all future vehicle repairs

My oil couldn’t be changed anywhere in town because my car is Italian but Gladney got it right in and had no issues. They also have a nice waiting room, coffee, and a shuttle if you can’t wait. And reasonably priced. Can’t ask for more.

They did a very thorough job and did an excellent job keeping me apprised to the status of my vehicle
