Had a quick visit for an annual inspection. The service was great and I got to enjoy a little snack and coffee. Will definitely be back if for service if needed in the future.

I had a truck in recently and about 15-20 minutes after leaving I connected a trailer, which tripped the inertia switch (I had no idea an inertia switch even existed). When I called Gladney, Tom came over and took care of it in a heartbeat and at no charge, even though it was NOT Gladney's responsibility. He was amazingly friendly and helpful. Not only that, but Tony called me at the end of the day to make sure my trip went fine with the trailer!

So I have a lowered 2014 mustang which I needed to get aligned. They charged me for an “altered suspension alignment” fair but they said and assured me that they do alignments on vehicles that have aftermarket suspension parts. Well I don’t believe they do. I got my car back aligned. Numerically everything was aligned but within the specs of a STOCK Mustang. I realized this when my rear end was completely unaligned with the chassis of the car. Called and they explained that they will look over the alignment but the numbers were correct and in spec. Pictures will be provided to show the issue I had. The passenger wheel was pushed out while the driver side wheel was pushed inward (this was due to them messing with my adjustable panhard bar that was already set). All in all, if your car is stock by all means use gladney; however, if your car has aftermarket suspension I would not bring it here bc they will align it with stock specs. Edit: Kirk immediately reached out via text message and apologized for the issue. After expressing the concerns in more depth and communicating, we came to a solution! The customer service by far THE BEST from any automotive shop I’ve been to. The fact that Kirk reached out so quickly shocked me, but I’m grateful he did!

I am extremely impressed with the service I received at Gladney. The service was impeccable. Everyone was extremely friendly and detail-oriented. Tony was exceptional. I would recommend this auto repair shop to everyone. The quotes came in under the initial quota. They worked until the repair was 100%.
