I was referred to Gladney by another automotive shop due to the complexity of the electrical codes during their initial diagnostics. The professionalism exhibited by each and every person involved, from setting the appointment thru picking up my vehicle was amazing. I really like the communication tool they use (text message linked to their app) which details every single step of the diagnostics, including diagrams, pictures, technician notes was so helpful in understanding what was needed to get my car back on the road. They even handled working with AutoZone on a battery warranty and replacement, so I did not have deal with it at all. The total cost was well within reason and my car runs like a charm. Thank you Gladney Automotive… I will definitely use you guys if/when needed in the future and will highly recommend to family and friends!
