There was a problem with the computer; the CAN BUS. It was identified initially but was not reproducible. So they couldn’t finish the diagnostic process. They were very apologetic and only charged the initial diagnostic fee despite a lot of effort to getting the car to act up again. Always friendly.

Very professional, nice system for communication, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Once I had a date scheduled they were fast with the diagnostic and took pictures to show where the problem was.
