Excellent customer service. Gladney worked on my Jeep and thought they fixed the vibration I was experiencing. When I picked up, I still noticed a slight vibration and contacted Tony at Gladney. They immediately got me back in, checked out and proceeding to find and fix the remaining issue that same day. Tony made sure to promptly follow-up to ensure all was ok that evening. Wanted to thank Gladney (and Tony) for their responsiveness and focus on their customers needs. Will definitely be recommending Gladney to others.

I had a problem with the radiator fan staying running after the keys was removed from ignition and car off-sometime later i would have a dead battery once i would go to start the car again roughly around 30mins or so i was tied of that and i gave em a call and explain what i was experiencing with the car i was told to drop it off and they will run some test on it and a couple days later i was picking my car up as a satisfied customer....

I was having problems with my fan running my battery down by staying running with the car off but i let Gladney check it out and run some test on it and they took their time to get the problem correct .Thanks

It's been a couple weeks or so since I picked up my car from their shop and I'm glad to say the a/c works better than I remember ever having it. I took my car in right before a holiday weekend, and even after waiting for parts to be ordered, the job was done sooner than expected. The team is very detailed in their notes that can be viewed through a personal link to check the progress of your vehicle. I appreciate their excellent communication and clear upfront estimates and pricing.
