After trial and error with our car, going round and round with Kia and never able to get it into a dealership, and a local shop not able to fix it, this local shop actually referred us to Gladney. We honestly had our doubts, but took it in anyway. The service was top notch. Amanda and Tony were in touch and keeping us up to date constantly. They were persistent with the extended warranty company and was able to get the repairs covered. Even went above and beyond, by ordering a special tool that Kia uses, just for this repair. Will definitely be returning and HIGHLY recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My normal mechanic couldn't figure out the issue (just too complex for the tools he had) so he sent me here and they figured it out and we're able to repair the issue and it ended up costing less than the original repair would have!

Best auto shop in TX! They are renowned as the mechanic's mechanic in the region. If you can get in their work schedule, they are completely thorough and honest. They resolved my check engine light issue and didn't charge for the pages and pages of tests they wrote up. Miraculously awesome auto shop. Total pros.

They were prompt, efficient and cost effective. What more can I say? I recommend them highly.

Great customer service. Website is easy to use. Took a star of because they are extremely expensive. Over a $140 just to look at my vehicle and tell me what's wrong. But they know their stuff backwards and forwards, they have all the tools to do everything, and if you schedule time in advanced they're actually quite quick about it. I do a lot of my own repairs and it's kind of the last resort place if there's something I can't figure out on my own.
