The positive reviews this shop receives is well deserved. Not living in the area, I did not know who to call when my daughter was having problems with her car last week. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the bill was fair in my opinion. The staff is also very courteous and I was kept updated on the repairs being done. Would definitely use their services again.

Excellent customer service. Gladney worked on my Jeep and thought they fixed the vibration I was experiencing. When I picked up, I still noticed a slight vibration and contacted Tony at Gladney. They immediately got me back in, checked out and proceeding to find and fix the remaining issue that same day. Tony made sure to promptly follow-up to ensure all was ok that evening. I had a problem with the radiator fan staying running after the keys was removed from ignition and car off-sometime later i would have a dead battery once i would go to start the car again roughly around 30mins or so i was tied of that and i gave em a call and explain what i was experiencing with the car i was told to drop it off and they will run some test on it and a couple days later i was picking my car up as a satisfied customer....
