College Station Auto Repair

At the moment I am writing this, it's been about three or four weeks since Gladney Automotive took care of my car. I was waiting to see how good the repairs went for some time, and I can now say that they just did a perfect job. Once they finish inspecting the car's problem, they send you a link that takes you to clear written explanations of what needs to be repaired, the estimated cost, and buttons to accept or decline. The staff looked friendly and truthful to me. I also investigated a little bit and I found that the cost of repairs was within a fair range. I will definitely keep taking my car to Gladney Automotive.

Great team. Friendly, honest, and knowledgable. You know the saying "you get what you pay for", well these guys are worth every dime. I trust all my vehicles to Gladney.

Needed a windshield and an oil change. Scheduling was easy and service was great. Very comfortable waiting area with coffee and soft drinks.

Place was very clean and comfortable, I was given a quote over the phone and after getting there for my appointment, the receptionist looked at my quote and realized that they had overcharged me by $110.00 She quickly took care of it and it was a very honest thing to do.

Check engine light on? Take it to Gladney's. What a top notch facility, with trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! We can't say enough about how well we were treated.

Called them about warning message on my dash board saying "inspection" with a 🔧 symbol. My car manual says need to take car in immediately for service. They assest the message and issue with me over the phone 1st, said they will look into it and call me back. And they did immediately! They even let me know what it might be regarding my model car, but need to double check. Then they schedule a day/time for me to come in. Got my car look at and squared away. It wasn't as bad as I thought. I even asked on the spot before they looked at my car if they would help me put in my day running headlight since I had the bulbs to do it myself but couldn't reach it like I thought. And they took care me on that issue too! I love Gladney Automotive....I don't trust anyone else with my car. I've gone to them for repairs, recently started going for oil changes too. They always taken car of me no matter what the job was. And the Staff/Service continues to speak volumes. I know it wasn't much done on my last visit, but it's the little things that make a difference too.
