Just called in to get an estimate and they side stepped the issue and would not give an estimate without a $135 Diagnosis. Then they told me to go to a third party website to get the general estimate! Poor Service and not the best way to build TRUST! UPDATE- 4-4-22 Just got off the phone with Kirk the owner and he spent a good while talking about the initial issue as well as a new issue we have. Kirk took the time to understand the situatiuon and we're working through it. We are now talking about an opportunity for him to work on a different vehicle. Thanks Kirk for rebuilding the TRUSTand we look forward seeing what Gladney Automotive can do to help.
Thank you Mr. Wong for expressing your concern and we apologize that you feel we did not meet your expectations. As in your line of insurance work, sometimes pending on nature of quotes, estimates are not so general and the vehicle would need to be inspected/diagnosed to provide customers with accurate information. Vehicle repairs are different from one manufacturer to another, require different parts that have different cost and again as in your insurance industry, some specifics have to be known. We only want to provide our customers with accurate and honest vehicle service information because our work is backed with integrity and transparency.
