I'm so impressed with the quality of service and knowledge of Gladney Automotive. I had an issue with my car key not turning all the way to start my car. I first called my car manufacture dealership, and had the car towed there afterhours on a Friday with hopes of having the car fixed/ looked at on Saturday. Needless to say, the dealership didn't even look at my car until Wednesday and said it would be weeks before the part would come in to fix it. Later that day, I found myself calling another dealership to handle the repair, but they recommended Gladney. Thankfully Gladney was able to take my car in and fix it next day! I really appreciate the honesty and kindness from both Hannah and Joshua. I will definitely be back to have Gladney manage my vehicle maintenance and repairs.

My daughter is away from home attending A&M. She has a 2009 Scion Xb and has taken it in to Gladney three times with different issues. Each time Gladney has taken care to not fix things if they ain’t broke. This is a very honest shop. Thanks for taking good care of “Scooby.”
