Blew a hose and had to get towed in. Driving my small RV and Gladney was able to get me in quickly, diagnose the issue and get me on the road. Shout out to Amanda for great communication! Five stars for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were awesome; they went over and beyond to have my vehicle running again. They come to you; meaning they came to my house to check my car out for a very reasonable price and they were on time. Please check them out; reliable businesses like this one, are very hard to come across of since the pandemic.

I think Gladney is a great asset to the BCS community. It is really hard to find knowledgeable and honest mechanics. Sadly, I trust them over the dealership. They keep you informed through out the process. You don’t have to guess if you’re being mislead or given a wrong diagnosis because they provide pictures to reflect what they advise. I’ve never left with a question unanswered and I can be overbearing with questions. The customer service and professionalism starts at the desk and follows through the entire service. I will say it is not the most cost efficient, but it’s worth the additional cost because you leave with a peace of mind.

We drove 1.5 hours to have our TCM repaired by David, who did a great job on repairing the broken pin on our TCM - he provided up to date results and completed the job quickly. Thank you David !!!

I had a bad vibration issue that no one could find. I took it to three other well-known shops in town and no one could find the problem, I was told everything was perfect when I knew without a doubt that something was very much wrong. I took it to Gladney and Randy was able to diagnose the problem. Amanda and Jeff (I believe was the tech's name) took care of my car and got down to the root of the problem! Finally, after months of trying to track down the issue, my vehicle is running the smoothest it ever has! Thank you Randy, Amanda, and Jeff! Gladney has won us over!

Edit: Gladney's reached out to me and worked with the local Honda dealer to figure out what happened. It seems that it may be possible that one of the alignment machines was not calibrated properly, but regardless they reimbursed me for the cost of the alignment at Honda and my car now drives perfectly. I'd like to thank Tony for reaching out and getting things taken care of in a timely manner as well as Allen Honda for working with Gladney's. Caliber Collision contracts out work to Gladney's for suspension work. They were able to repair my destroyed suspension on one corner of my car, but they failed to align the car properly afterwards. All 4 corners were out of spec and the steering wheel needed to be held to the left to go straight. Ended up going to the Honda dealer around the corner for an alignment since they work a bit faster.
