I have been getting auto repair done for 50 years which includes dealerships, private mechanics, national chains, and shade tree mechanics when I was younger. The customer service is outstanding. The Technicians really know what they are doing on the repairs. Shop is spotless, a sure sign that this place has its act together. My wife's family is from Detroit and all her family have been in the auto business for generations. When you visit and talk to them you really understand what a great repair shop looks like. Gladney is one on those shops. You get an estimate before work starts, and not like so many other auto repair shops who tell you what it will cost once the repair is done, and that price is never what you expected. It all ways seems to be higher. I have been using Sterling Auto for years since most of my auto are GM products, but this time I had work done on my Jeep Wrangler which developed the dreaded Wrangler " tick". I researched this problem with the Penastar V6 Dual Overhead Cam Engine and found out that this is a common problem which Chrysler ignores since so may Jeeps have the issue. The new Wrangler also have the issue, but the owners have not yet discovered the tick. I took the Jeep to Sterling in Navasota for a diagnosis and the cost was much higher than Gladney. So I took the Jeep to them and had it repaired for 1/2 the cost with a better warranty on the repair. Gladney is the best auto service I have every experienced for auto repair. Glad we have them in the community. They are really to good to be true, and hope they continue to offer this outstanding service for years to come. They will need to get a bigger facility since their business will continue to grow in the future. Outstanding Service Gladney.
