Appointment wasn't on the book due to a slight oversight, so we lost about a day's worth of time, which required another weekend without the vehicle. Requested a Mon. appt. the Friday before, got pushed to Wed. morning, notified the following Monday after 5:35pm (they close at 6pm) that vehicle was ready. Other than that, communication was decent, they stood by their estimate, listened to our concerns/information about the problem we were having, and they possess that 'professional friendliness' that is hard to come by these days. I am big on trustworthiness when it comes to auto repairs. Gladney's is a shop you can count on, and I would recommend them to family or close friends.
