I am very satisfied with the service I received at Gladney. I have a 2015 Ford F-150 with a Pro Comp lift. I needed an alignment and a repair for a steering stop. In order to get the alignment correct, I needed some new parts (eccentric bolts). The service staff at Gladney put forth a great effort to try to find the correct parts, which was made difficult by not having information on the lift package itself. Once the part they ordered came in, it didn't take long to complete the alignment and additional repair. Everyone was professional, kept me informed throughout the day on the diagnostics and progress with the service. The shop has a well maintained and comfortable waiting area. I was offered a courtesy ride to work while waiting on the morning of my appointment due to a scheduling snafu. I appreciated that extra effort. I would recommend gladney to my friends and coworkers.

There was a problem with the computer; the CAN BUS. It was identified initially but was not reproducible. So they couldn’t finish the diagnostic process. They were very apologetic and only charged the initial diagnostic fee despite a lot of effort to getting the car to act up again. Always friendly.
