My service request to replace the sun shade on my 2014 Audi Q5 turned out to be very challenging for the technician, but he worked tirelessly for almost 2 weeks to ensure the work was completed properly. Customer Service and Quality Control deserves an A+++ rating! However, more attention to detail is needed when a loaner car is offered. On the plus side, the loaner car was brought to my home, but the car required much needed service (warning lights for low oil and low tire pressure) and the interior of the vehicle was very unclean. All in all, I would certainly recommend Gladney Automotive and use them again.

Our team is so happy that our European specialist was able to successfully replace your sunroof shade, even as challenging as these model vehicles can be. Our techs strive to be tenacious and persevere through repair challenges because we believe that is how we improve within our ever changing industry. We pride ourselves in being able to assist our clients with courtesy transportation such as a no cost loaner vehicle that not every shop is fortunate enough to do for their clients. Even in times of such short notice and deliver to our clients home as a courtesy due to bad weather in which the temperature fluctuations can change the pressure in tires that will cause for low tire lamp to be illuminated. The "low oil" lamp illuminated was an upcoming maintenance reminder for an oil change within the next 500 miles. That is pretty standard on all newer vehicles, even on newer European vehicles will display "Service Soon" or a wrench indicator. Due to limited notice of your transportation needs and our only available loaner within our fleet, we rescheduled the maintenance on our loaner until after your vehicle was completed, but we certainly do appreciate your feedback as a future reminder for our clients to contact us immediately if in any like situation should occur and we would be happy to assist with inspecting loaner vehicle concerns.
