College Station Auto Repair

I needed to get a spare car key, and not only were the prices more than reasonable (especially in comparison to the dealership!) They went above and beyond. I got two keys and they only charged a cutting fee for the first. Also, when people lose their keys completely they have to pick the lock and figure out the key code in order to cut a new one (which you can imagine is expensive). I didn't have this problem but at the end he gave me a card with my key code on it just in case that ever happens and I won't have to go through that expensive rigamarole. I was in and out in about an hour. I'm very satisfied and if I'm in need again I'll definitely go back.

Gladney auto was efficient and very timely. I dropped off my car on Monday and had it back with parts replaced by Tuesday evening. Staff was really nice and worked with my warranty company easily. Will definitely be back!

This company was up front and honest with us. They were professional and delivered what they said they would in the estimate. They did. The work for the estimated amount and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks for the great job! I love the fact that you let the customer know what is going on every step of the way - you even send pictures as well as what needs to be done for the repair. Tony, Amanda and Kirk did an excellent job communicating with me, letting me know what to expect. I appreciate that. Everything was done as promised and when promised. This is the best hospital that I have ever taken my car too!!! and the doctors were wonderful also. LOL Hopefully I won't ever have to pay them another visit, but if there are ever any "issues" I definitely know who to call. There is only one problem - 5 stars is not enough for the rating - they deserve at least 25!!!! Great job guys and Amanda!!!!
