I called here because another place told me that I needed to since I had a Buick. I don't know anyone here and I am a single woman who knows very little about cars. They made feel at ease and explained everything and didn't take advantage of me!!! Thank you Tony and Gladney!!! Also had my car ready in 2 days!!

After trial and error with our car, going round and round with Kia and never able to get it into a dealership, and a local shop not able to fix it, this local shop actually referred us to Gladney. We honestly had our doubts, but took it in anyway. The service was top notch. Amanda and Tony were in touch and keeping us up to date constantly. They were persistent with the extended warranty company and was able to get the repairs covered. Even went above and beyond, by ordering a special tool that Kia uses, just for this repair. Will definitely be returning and HIGHLY recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My normal mechanic couldn't figure out the issue (just too complex for the tools he had) so he sent me here and they figured it out and we're able to repair the issue and it ended up costing less than the original repair would have!
