Absolutely the best in College Staion! Really...I mean that. My truck needed a new ECM and I'm always hesitant in trusting car repair shops. These guys are honest, respectful and kind and Customer Service is by far the best I've received..I LOVE GLADNEY'S!!!!!!

My check engine light came on and College Station Ford referred me to Gladney (because the truck was a Dodge). It was an EVAP code so it took a little while to diagnose, but Tony communicated everything in a timely, professional manner. He also handled the communication with College Station Ford which made the process easy. Tony has gained a new customer!

Tony and Amanda were quick to make me feel welcome. Amanda was helpful in answering all of my questions and knowledgeable about the services Gladney offers. Her and Tony were very friendly to me and my wife. I was offered water to drink while waiting for my new key fobs to be programmed and enjoyed the very cool and comfortable chairs in the waiting area. I was contacted in a timely manner regarding any updates on my order and appointments. I got what was needed and am very happy with their services. It seems that Gladney is growing quickly and it's not hard to see why. Looking forward to future business with Gladney at their soon-to-be NEW location.
