As someone who has dealt with a lot of bad mechanic shops I was super pleased with Gladney. I was suspicious of no bad reviews but gave them a chance. Amanda talked with me on all my concerns and questions and never once made me feel like I was a inconvenience. She made me feel like she totally understood I always do the work on my vehicles and was very cautious on sending it in. However we needed a new motor. Big task for a garage self mechanic like myself. I have never been so impressed with a shop and how they are doing things different than others. Customer service really felt like their first priority. Tony the manager was Excellent. He called me to let me know the motor we ordered had been sold and a new one was available but it would cost more. After my concern for signing the agreed price he actually decided to cover the cost difference. So the car came in and got done faster than the time they quoted. Excellent work done and motor looked fantastic and brand new. No leaks or issues after a decent trip. Yesterday however the car was making some noises at start and jumping rpms. I called Tony and he sent out a tow truck at no cost at all. He then covered all costs on figuring out what happened which is usually the process. However the issue like I had thought before sending it off was a Mas airflow sensor. This is not a issue with the motor. This could have been damaged on removal and install or it could have been just bad from our years of owning. Tony was so awesome he replaced it at no cost of anything(labor or parts). This was a Ford part. It’s a decent cost. Got it back in the same day. This assured me they are the real deal. Please don’t worry about taking your vehicle in here. This company is the only one I would ever recommend again. The team is great!
