Being in the Engine Computer Service and supply industry for 25 years, I am very familiar with Kirk and his shop and his mobile service. He is a legend in the auto repair industry and a pioneer in the ever changing technical wold of automotive computer controller module servicing and programming. Kirk and Eprom David just helped me service a rare Engine Controller for a diesel truck that needed not only the very rare part to do this, but the knowledge to know what to do. Kirk personally provided the info to get it done. Blew a hose and had to get towed in. Driving my small RV and Gladney was able to get me in quickly, diagnose the issue and get me on the road. Shout out to Amanda for great communication! Five stars for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were awesome; they went over and beyond to have my vehicle running again. They come to you; meaning they came to my house to check my car out for a very reasonable price and they were on time. Please check them out; reliable businesses like this one, are very hard to come across of since the pandemic.

I think Gladney is a great asset to the BCS community. It is really hard to find knowledgeable and honest mechanics. Sadly, I trust them over the dealership. They keep you informed through out the process. You don’t have to guess if you’re being mislead or given a wrong diagnosis because they provide pictures to reflect what they advise. I’ve never left with a question unanswered and I can be overbearing with questions. The customer service and professionalism starts at the desk and follows through the entire service. I will say it is not the most cost efficient, but it’s worth the additional cost because you leave with a peace of mind.
