Gladney automotive has a great customer experience. They sent me photos of the parts of my car that needed work along with an itemized list of repairs that were recommended. I was able to approve or decline right on my phone! There was also detailed information available about each recommendation. I went there because I knew their reputation and a mechanic friend had even said they were the go to shop when he can't help me out.
I appreciate the completeness of the analysis plus Kirk and Tony talking me through the best options given age of vehicle, budget, personal plans, etc! You guys are reliable, friendly, and great to work with!
Kirk, Tom and Tony have done a beyond better job on my Mercedes. Very tough car to service. These guys are pros and know what they are doing. Nothing again the new Mercedes dealer but I trust Kirk and his team with my precious machine
