We came down to College Station just a day before the Thanksgiving in order to get our daughter's car fixed. The car had a problem with the alternator and the battery has been dead for 3-4 weeks. We got the car to the Gladney around 7:00 AM with a hope to get it fixed before we go home in the weekend. We filled in an "Early Birth" form, left the key in an envelop, dropped it in the box and left. An hour later, I got an email from the shop describing the problem with recommendations and quotation. I came back and met Tony at the shop (actually I didn't need to do that, but I just wanted to confirm). He explained the problem clearly and said the car will be ready in 1.5 hrs. It was fast and beyond my expectation. Thanks Tony and the technicians as we had a great Thanksgiving at College Station!
